2. Data We Collect and Why

• Account data: Email address used for authentication and account management.
• Recipe content: Recipes, notes and calculations you voluntarily enter or save.
• Subscription status: Premium tier and expiry information to unlock paid features.
• Technical session data: Auth/session cookies required to keep you signed in.

3. Payment Processing

All payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We do not store full payment card details. Stripe is responsible for its own data processing; see stripe.com/privacy.

4. Third-Party Services

• Lovable Cloud (Supabase): Hosting, database, authentication and storage. Data is processed in the EU.
• Stripe: Payment processing as described above.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data when legally required or with the processors listed above.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We only use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use marketing trackers, analytics pixels or profiling tools.

6. Data Retention

Account data is kept as long as your account exists. After deletion, personal data is removed within 90 days unless legal obligations require longer retention (e.g. tax records for payments).

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data. Contact us at Marie-kocht-gruen-store@gmx.de. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Age Restriction

Green Cook Lab is intended for adults 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
