Instructions
- 1.Decarboxylate: 110 °C / 40 min.
- 2.Place the material in a clean screw-top jar and cover with ethanol.
- 3.Cold method: leave to infuse in a dark place for 4 weeks, shaking daily.
- 4.Warm method (sous vide): place the jar in a 60 °C water bath for 30 min — never seal the lid tightly.
- 5.Strain thoroughly through a coffee filter and transfer to a dark dropper bottle.
Note from the kitchen
Never expose ethanol to an open flame. Reducing the volume increases the mg/drop.
